As you may be aware the Essex County Council portal for admissions to Junior school opened on Monday 4^th November.

This website is the only place that you will be able to apply for your child's junior school place for September.  Being in our Infants school does not guarantee you an automatic place in the junior school, you will still need to apply. 

The portal is open for applications until the 15^th January 2025. 

If you have not applied by this date you will be classed as a late application and stand a chance of not getting the school you would prefer, so please ensure you get your application in to the council in good time. 

Applications can be made online via www.essex.gov.uk/admissions.

To help you to make your choice of Junior school, Leigh Beck Junior School will be holding school tours for parents at 9.00 - 9.30am or 4.30pm - 5.00pm on Wednesday 13^th November.  Please contact the Junior School office for further information or to book.
